The NFL seems determined to put an NFL team in London, though, the logistics have made it extremely difficult. They’ve also expressed a desire to have a team in Los Angeles, though, most of what we’ve heard has been rumors and ‘sources’.

Now we’ve heard it from the man himself as NFL commissioner Roger Goodell told European NFL fans that he hopes to have a team in both London and Los Angeles at some point:

"“It doesn’t matter,” Goodell said. “I’d love to be back in Los Angeles, but it has to be done the right way, we have to do it successfully. …“I want both [cities], but it doesn’t matter which one is first.”"

This of course comes just weeks after Goodell said that ‘a lot would have to happen’ to have a team in London, so while the league may want these things – getting them done may prove to be difficult.

It would obviously be a lot easier to get a team in Los Angeles first, something the city has been void of since 1995.
