Carolina Panthers QB Cam Newton gives young child football, fist bump (GIF)

Carolina Panthers quarterback Cam Newton is a pretty special guy. Not only is he an emerging superstar on the field, he’s one off as well.
Continually giving his time and money to charity, Newton is always among the league leaders in putting smiles on the faces of those less fortunate. He’s also pretty good at making the day of young Panthers fans as well.
In the third quarter, trailing the Atlanta Falcons, Newton tossed a seed into the end zone which was hauled in for a touchdown. Newton, making his way towards pay dirt grabbed the ball and quickly ran towards the back of the end zone where a young Panthers fan sat.
Newton walked over to the boy and handed him the pigskin and then waited for a very important fist bump from the child, which he was more than thrilled to provide.
The Panthers quarterback then made his way back to the bench while the kid, smiling from ear to ear, hugged his new prized possession.
Very cool, Superman. Very cool.
Hopefully he’ll be able to get another score before the game ends to give the extremely disappointment young child on the right a ball as well.
