Welcome back to relevancy, Jacksonville – you’ve been missed.

According to according to Sam Kouvaris of WJXT, the Jacksonville Jaguars will host their first Monday Night Football game in three years – though no opponent has officially been announced.

"Sorry about the earlier tweet. Khan said the Monday night game at home…you guys are right, no opponent yet. #mybad"

Initial reports hinted that the game would take place against the Dallas Cowboys, however the Jaguars and Cowboys are scheduled to play in London during Week 10 which all but rules them out.

It’ll be the first time the Jaguars have hosted a Monday Night Football game since 2011 where they lost in disappointing fashion to the San Diego Chargers.

In addition to the prime time game, Jaguars owner Shad Khan is in the process of building a new yacht which he hopes to debut come the Monday evening tilt.

Looking at the opponent schedule, the Jaguars will take on one of the following teams come the Monday night game: Titans, Texans, Colts, Dolphins, Steelers, Giants or Browns.
