After LeBron James and Dwyane Wade decided to opt out of their deals with the Miami Heat earlier this week, it was reported early on Sunday morning that Chris Bosh will indeed do the same before the Monday deadline.

More from LeBron James

Although Bosh has not yet made the move to officially opt out of the deal, ESPN’s Brian Widhorst reports that the Big Three have already begun discussing their potential new deals with the Heat among one another.

"After agreeing to all opt out of their contracts together, Miami Heat stars LeBron James,Chris Bosh and Dwyane Wade have been discussing financial terms of new contracts among each other, sources told ESPN.com.Bosh’s agent says his client has not decided officially on whether to opt out, but sources told ESPN The Magazine’s Chris Broussard that the All-Star big man will indeed follow suit and choose free agency by Monday’s midnight ET deadline."

When LeBron made the move to opt out first, the internet exploded with speculation that he would be leaving Miami immediately. Well, those how don’t understand what the term “opt out,” at least in this scenario, means.

With this, it looks as if neither of them are going anywhere and, with the way they work together so well off the court, everyone should be compensated well enough, plus the team should have some room to pursue another big name free agent to join them.
