When LeBron James left the Miami Heat this summer to sign with the Cleveland Cavaliers, Heat guard and James’ good friend Dwyane Wade released a statement that said “ LeBron made the right decision for him” and “I support him in returning to his roots.”

More from LeBron James

But Wade might be resenting LeBron for his choice more than he initially let on.

Wade posted an Instgram picture of he and Udonis Haslem working out together with a caption that could read as a subtle shot at James:

"My brother @ud40 and I doing what we do best and that’s stick together. On and off the court.. #westartedtogetherandweregoingtofinishtogether #wegotmoreworktodo"

Wade could simply be complimenting Haslem, or it’s at least possible that he’s pointing out that LeBron didn’t stick together during the tough times, leaving on the heals of the Spurs obliterating the Heat in the 2014 NBA Finals.

This isn’t the first time that there has been speculation Wade is taking shots at his former teammate. He recently posted a picture that read “loyalty is rare, if you find it, keep it.”

Whether these are truly shots at James or not, it would be easy to say why Wade would be upset at James for leaving. When Wade and James joined forces it wasn’t supposed to be just a four-year plan. LeBron cut out early and now Wade might have to spend his last few seasons not competing for championships.

What do you think? Is Wade taking a shot at LeBron?
