20. Taysom Hill, QB, BYU Cougars

Hill emerged as one of the top dual-threats in the country last year when he ran for 259 yards and three touchdowns in last year’s win against the Texas Longhorns and combined to score 29 touchdowns last year.

He passed for 2,938 and ran for 1,344 yards and picked up where he left off in the opener against Connecticut.

In the 35-10 win over the Huskies, Hill passed for 308 yards and three touchdowns on 28-of-36 passing and rushed for 97 yards and two touchdowns on 12 carries.

As far as players from outside the Power 5 conferences are concerned, Hill is as good as they come and gets a second crack at the Texas defense when the Cougars take on the Longhorns this weekend.

What will he have in mind for an encore?
