It appears, just moments before the top-ranked Florida State Seminoles host the Clemson Tigers at home, that Jameis Winston really didn’t seem to understand the concept of his game-long suspension. Although it’s really not that hard to grasp, there was something that he didn’t quite get.

That’s because when everyone from the team went out onto the field to warm up, there was Winston, dressed in full garb, warming up with the quarterbacks.

Yes, really.

From that point, head coach Jimbo Fisher apparently told Winston to head back to the locker room to get undressed, which he did.

He returned to the field a short time later in his jersey and sweatpants.

Winston was originally suspended for the first half of the Clemson game on Saturday night following an incident in which he made some improper remarks on campus. However, on Friday night, the punishment changed to Winston missing the entire game.

Starting in his place will be redshirt freshman Sean Maguire, who will be making the first start of his career. Winston will still be on the sidelines to help out with the game plan and anything that Maguire may need.
