it was a frustrating and disappointing afternoon for the Chicago Bears who were blown out by their bitter rival Green Bay Packers to the tune of a 38-17 rout as the Packers shutout the Bears in the second half and Brandon Marshall let his frustration boil over in a silent protest to the media.

More from Chicago Bears

For the second straight week, the Bears veteran receiver declined to speak to the media after he had two catches for 19 yards and a touchdown. He did not speak to the media after the Week 3 win against the New York Jets following his one-catch performance for six yards.

Marshall has struggled with his emotions earlier in his career but after his diagnosis for borderline personality has been a model citizen and teammate.

However, his frustrations got the better of him on Sunday as his lingering ankle injury and the team’s performance resulted in him being visibly upset.

According to Dickerson, Bears quarterback Jay Cutler didn’t get to speak to his longtime teammate after the game either because “he was upset.”

Some may think this is not a big deal and not worth writing or talking about, but the NFL will fine its players who do not speak to the media after games, so it will be interesting to see what Marshall has to say when he appears on Showtime’s Inside the NFL this week and if he makes an appearance on the Brandon Marshall show on ESPN Radio in Chicago this week.
