Week 4 of the 2014 NFL season is in the books, and as with the great majority of slates in the league, there were enough surprises to sustain the interest of virtually any fan. In last week’s installment of our NFL Power Rankings series breaking down the divisions, there was a fairly significant amount of turnover, especially considering the information we already possessed about each of the 32 teams, but with six teams “completing” their bye week in Week 4, we did not learn quite as much after this week’s schedule.

Still, this is another week of turnover when assigning “power rankings” to the eight divisions, with only three teams (including both the basement and penthouse) staying in their identical slot. Without any additional delay, let’s unveil the divisions from eight to one, beginning with the lowly AFC South.
