Cowboys OT Tyron Smith Wins NFC Offensive Player Of The Week

Dallas Cowboys offensive tackle Tyron Smith became the first offensive lineman in a decade to win Offensive Player of the Week honors in a decade.
Tyron Smith, a former first-round pick and current Dallas Cowboys left tackle, did a great job protecting Tony Romo from the Seattle Seahawks and paved the way for running back DeMarco Murray to have the best rushing game against the Seahawks this season.
His performance did not go unnoticed.
In fact, Smith ended up winning NFC Offensive Player of the Week honors which makes him the first NFL offensive lineman in a decade to win the award.
The Cowboys have invested numerous first-round picks in their offensive line and it has paid off in a big way.
Dallas is one of the top teams in the league and the offensive line has been performing at a level that has allowed Murray to become a NFL MVP candidate.
