Cristiano Ronaldo Not Cheap With Gifts (Photo)

Real Madrid won its 10th European Cup last season and star Cristiano Ronaldo made sure he showed his appreciation, buying teammates $10,000 watches.
They refer to Real Madrid’s Champions League final win last May as “La Decima,” the 10th, after the club beat Atletico Madrid 4-1 to win its 10th European Cup.
To celebrate the accomplishment, Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo bought each of his teammates a gift—a Bulgari watch engraved with the player’s name, Ronaldo’s initials and jersey number and the words “La Decima.”
Defender Arvaro Arbeloa took to Twitter to show off his new prize.
For Ronaldo, it was his second European Cup win. He was with Manchester United’s winning side in 2008 and was also with the Red Devils for a runner-up finish in 2009.

Nice gift.
Ronaldo is one of three finalists for the 2014 FIFA Ballon d’Or, awarded to the player judged to be best in the world. He is the reigning Ballon d’Or winner and is looking for his third overall, also winning in 2008.
The other finalists are Barcelona’s Lionel Messi, who won four straight times from 2009-12, and Bayern Munich goalkeeper Manuel Neuer.
The award will be presented Jan. 12.
