Kevin Harvick came out with his first win in the 2015 season, but he’s now won 5 of the last 9 races as he shoots to the top of the standings.
With three NASCAR Sprint Cup Series races under our belt, the updated points standings reflect who has been going all out this year.

At the top, we have Kevin Harvick who just won the Kobalt 400. It’s his first win in Las Vegas, but Harvick now has six straight top-2 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series finishes and has won five of the last nine races.
Behind Harvick we have Dale Earnhardt Jr., who’s three straight top-fives have him sticking around.
Jimmie Johnson won last week’s Folds of Honor QuikTrip 500, and he got knocked out of the Kobalt 400 Sunday which hurt him bad after he was second in the standings last week.
