The 2015 draft is finally behind us and NFL teams can now get down to the business of planning for actual football games. This year’s draft was remarkable for its general lack of trades and surprises. Things played out how we thought they would for the most part.

It’s obviously difficult to grade drafts until a few years after they happen, but there are a number of teams that clearly did an excellent job of identifying holes on the rosters and filling them. What follows is the list of 10 teams that did the best job of improving through this year’s draft.
Obviously not all of these teams drafted strictly for need. Some of them just collected as much talent as possible regardless of need. That doesn’t disqualify them from this list. Filling holes on your roster is a big part of the draft, but it’s not the only component. Franchises often set out just to raise the overall talent level of their teams. The following franchises got credit both for filling holes and adding the most talent. Bonus points were given for maximizing value.
