Come one, come all, the Atlanta Falcons’ $1 billion ($1,000,000,000) palace on the hill now officially has a name. On Monday morning, both team and sponsor Mercedes-Benz announced that the Falcons’ new digs will be called “Mercedes-Benz Stadium.”

As one would expect with such a monumental partnership, there is branding out the wazoo for Mercedes-Benz Stadium – none more notable and eye-popping than the circular retractable roof that will bear the Mercedes logo.

Beyond that, the “wings” on the stadium’s exterior also showcase the new sponsor’s logo.

According to Darren Rovell, this is the largest sponsorship deal in the history of Mercedes-Benz.

Mercedes-Benz sure does like setting up real estate in the NFC South. They already hold naming rights to the

Mercedes-Benz Superdome. That conflict of interest, Mercedes president and CEO Steve Cannon says, will be addressed – but that the magnitude of having his company attached to the New South’s answer to the Parthenon was an opportunity to great to pass up.

For now, though, more pictures!
