Why yes, in case you were wondering, Alabama fans are taking the loss to Ole Miss quite well and just still love Nick Saban (They are not and do not)

The Alabama Crimson Tide, as the No. 2 team in the country, lost on Saturday night. Yeah, we’ve known this for the past two days that they were defeated at home by the Ole Miss Rebels, 43-37. That’s not the important thing on Monday. No, the important thing is listening to the reactions from the Tide fans on the Paul Finebaum show.

And oh boy, right off the bat they were straight fire.

The second caller on the show Monday was Wayne from Dothan, Alabama. You see, as expected, Wayne was not taking the crushing loss to Ole Miss rather well, not one iota. He was so upset, actually, that he went out of his way to make a suggestion. His suggestion? Well, he would like to see Nick Saban step down and for defensive coordinator Kirby Smart to sit in the throne as the almighty emperor of Alabama football.

This right here … this is why we all tune into Finebaum. Whether you’re an SEC fan or not, you cannot make an argument that this stuff is not entertaining in some form or fashion.

It’s especially entertaining when Alabama fans act as if the Roman Empire is burning to the ground right in front of their very eyes.
