These are five reasons the Pittsburgh Steelers can win Super Bowl 50.

The Pittsburgh Steelers found themselves in a playoff spot again, after the New York Jets choked away their own spot in the final week of the season. All season long, the Steelers have had a dynamic passing offense that has been able to tear any opposing defense up.

Even though they are the No. 6 seed and will have to run the road gauntlet to make it to the Super Bowl, they are the team in the AFC that absolutely no one wants to play at all. They’re a tough as nails football team that isn’t afraid to line up and smash the opponent across from them in the mouth. They can get after the quarterback and blow a team out quick if all cylinders are firing on both sides of the ball.

While they may have gotten the last playoff spot, they are much better than what their record shows. The team has had to deal with an incredible amount of adversity and has bounced back stronger each time.

They’re looking to hoist their seventh Lombardi Trophy, which would extend their Super Bowl trophies lead over the rest of the league and they have the championship pedigree to do it.

Even more importantly, they have the voices in the locker room and the passionate players on the sidelines that will do whatever it takes to pick up a win in the playoffs.
