There aren’t a huge number of NBA games on this Tuesday night, but there is still plenty of storylines to pay attention to on tonight’s give-game slate.  There’s a new coach in Phoenix (Earl Watson-pictured above), a nice matchup in Houston between James Harden and the Heat, and the old Minneapolis team against the new Minnesota team in the late game. There are also ten teams to pick from as you set your DFS fantasy basketball roster for tonight, so check out my DraftKings daily picks on the following slides to see who I think can help you to a big night.

More from Boston Celtics

The first game of the night starts at 7:30 in New York where the Knicks host the Celtics in their third meeting of the season.  At 8:00 in the first of two games on NBATV, the Rockets welcome in Dwyane Wade, Chris Bosh, and the Heat. At 9:00, the Suns host the Raptors in Earl Watson’s debut which could lead to some rotation upheaval. At 10:00, the Bucks look to bounce back from a loss last night like Toronto as they head to Portland to face the Blazers.  To close out the evening and wrap up the NBATV double-header, the Timberwolves travel to LA to take on the Lakers at 10:30.

With those teams providing a solid pool to pick from, there are some good stars and sleepers to consider for your lineup tonight.  To see my favorite options, check out my DraftKings daily picks on the following slides. You’ll find two slides per position–one for high-salary options and one for high-value options. Each slide contains at least two selections with extras thrown in where possible.  I base each pick on the current form of each player and the positional matchups each player will face in tonight’s game.

For the last month, I have been ranking my picks using stars after each selection. For a full explanation of the rating system, check out the last slide of this post, but in short, more stars means more confidence. On the final slide of the post, you can see my results for the month of January at each level of confidence. Also on the final slide of the post, you can see how I’m putting together the best of my picks into my lineup for today’s contests.
