Luck hasn’t been on the Philadelphia Eagles’ side when it comes to some of their draft picks over the years.

After Wednesday’s trade with the Cleveland Browns to move up to No. 2 overall, the Philadelphia Eagles are aggressively going for their best option. That trade required them to give Cleveland a bunch of draft picks of their own and it’s a move that may not pay off a few days from now. If it doesn’t, fans and experts won’t let them live it down.

Doug Pederson has a big first year ahead of him as head coach and will be hoping that the picks that are chosen work out. This is especially true for whomever they choose with their No. 2 pick in the draft. That player will be under tremendous pressure given what the Eagles traded to get him.

Eagles fans may not remember all the picks that didn’t work out for their beloved team. However, they will definitely remember those who flopped big time after the team hyped them immediately following their selections.

Check out the five worst draft picks by the Philadelphia Eagles of all time. Hopefully, they can learn from these moments and not repeat their mistakes during the 2016 NFL Draft, which begins on Thursday.
