Find out the horses that will be competing in the Belmont Stakes and the horses that may be competing in the third leg of the Triple Crown.

The New York Racing Association has released the early probables and questionables for the 2016 $1.5 million Belmont Stakes run on June 11. Only two horses can claim entry for all three Triple Crown races: Exaggerator and Lani. Others may have run in one other leg of the series, or, been targeted solely toward the Belmont.

While there is no Triple Crown on the line, the likely field of 3-year olds for this year’s Belmont Stakes will have tough, well-traveled millionaires to lightly raced prospects looking for an upset. Only Governor Malibu and Wild About Deb have race experience over the enormous Belmont oval.

After coming in third in the Preakness, this year’s Kentucky Derby winner Nyquist developed a fever and high white blood cell count causing his connections to withdraw him from the Belmont.
