Every offseason, several head coaches find themselves out of a job. Here are the 10 NFL head coaches most on the hot seat entering the 2016 NFL season.

The Monday after Week 17 of the NFL season has become known as Black Monday, as several NFL head coaches are always fired after disappoint seasons. Usually anywhere between five and eight NFL teams are looking to for an upgrade in the coaching department each offseason.

While some coaches feel the heat from the hot seat well before the season gets into full swing, knowing that their teams have to perform for he and his staff to return the next year, sometimes it’s not as obvious.

Whether a head coach has been with an organization for close to a decade or has been on the job for only a year, it’s difficult to decide which owners have had enough of a coaching regime and will decide to ultimately go in a different direction.

Failing to advance in the NFL Playoffs, struggling to win the locker room, or yielding disastrous results on the gridiron, there are several ways a head coach can fall out of favor with an ownership group in a hurry. Entering the 2016 NFL season, here are the 10 NFL head coaches that are most on the hot seat and are facing a ton of pressure to succeed on the gridiron this fall.
