One Super Bowl jersey ordeal is over, but Saints’ defensive end Cameron Jordan is committed to bringing another down the road.

After a six-week ordeal, if you can call it that, Tom Brady’s missing Super Bowl LI jersey has been found. His Super Bowl XLIX jersey was also missing, inexplicably, but it has also been recovered.

With a perceived value of $500,000, or likely more, Brady’s most recent Super Bowl jersey can now eventually take its rightful place in Canton, Ohio at the Pro Football Hall of Fame. A tightening up of the Super Bowl postgame locker room is also surely coming, with someone who had free, permitted access making off with Brady’s jersey in Houston and reportedly being found in Mexico.

The New Orleans Saints won Super Bowl XLIV, after the 2009 season, and quarterback Drew Brees was named MVP. Defensive end Cameron Jordan did not come aboard until 2011, as the 24th overall pick in that year’s draft, but he has plans if the Saints win another Super Bowl soon.

If Jordan is able to make off with Brees’ Super Bowl jersey, he even has a plan for who he would point the finger at.

The Saints of course have to make the playoffs, which they haven’t done since 2013, before they can reach the Super Bowl. Add in the relatively short window to go to and win a Super Bowl, based on the years Brees has left in his career at 38 years old, and Jordan’s humorous plan is a long way from reaching the point where it can be executed.
