Oilers vs. Sharks live stream, Game 6: TV schedule, online and more
The San Jose Sharks look to fight off elimination in Game 6 against the Edmonton Oilers on Saturday April 22. Here’s how you can watch.
Following a Game 5 loss to the Edmonton Oilers, the San Jose Sharks will have to dig deep to keep their playoff run going. They lost a huge lead to Edmonton, giving them a chance to grab the 3-2 series lead. Now the Sharks must win at home on Saturday in Game 6 to keep on playing in the postseason.
San Jose came out strong after beating Edmonton 7-0 in Game 4. They shut up the road crowd early in the game. However, the Sharks let Edmonton right back in the game. They missed an opportunity to take an advantage in the series. David Desharnais scored in overtime to give Edmonton the win. This is a Sharks team who has experienced a lot. They’ll need to use all of their experience to grind out a win in Game 6.
Meanwhile, Montreal must solve King Henrik if they hope to extend the series. Carey Price has played slightly worse than Lundqvist, but in fairness, there’s no shame in that. Max Pacioretty hasn’t scored a goal all series. It would behoof him to score tonight, as his team needs him to score. Montreal has a small window to win a Stanley Cup before Price and Pacioretty hit free agency, so they need to win Game 6 to keep this playoff run going.
