Allen Iverson’s ex-wife has accused her former husband of abducting the couples children. The children range in age from 3 to 16 years old. Now Tawanna Iverson has filed legal documents trying to get the kids back.

According to TMZ, Allen Iverson reportedly asked for permission to take the kids on vacation to Charlotte, North Carolina. Every kids dream vacation right? The vacation was scheduled to last from May 22nd to May 26th according to the agreement between Tawanna and Allen Iverson.

However, May 26th came and went and the children have still not been returned. According to the document Tawanna has been able to be in contact with Allen, saying she tried to set up an exchange on June 4th at a neutral site (a Target) but Allen never showed up.

Tawanna has sole legal and primary custody of their children.

Tawanna thinks she knows where they are, a Sheraton hotel in Georgia, and that they never actually went to Charlotte. She claims she is worried for her children’s safety because Allen is an alcoholic who drinks around their kids.

This isn’t the first time the couple has had issues. She has previously come after Allen Iverson legally for unpaid child support. In that case the judge questioned Iverson’s parenting abilities.

“He does not know how to manage the children,” the judge said, via UPI. “[He] has been a hindrance to their spiritual and emotional growth and development.”

We hope all ends well for the children.
