Sean McGrath-TE-Kansas City Chiefs

The Giants aren’t as bad as the Vikings, but they’ve struggled to contain opposing tight ends as well allowing at least 50 yards in all of their three games this season. The only time the Giants didn’t allow a TE touchdown was last week when they got rolled by the Panthers.

This week the G-men are in KC to take on the well-rested, undefeated Chiefs. One of the parts of the new-look Chiefs offense is the focus on the tight end but the Chiefs don’t have a well-known playmaker at that spot.

Into that void, enter McGrath and his impressive facial hair who have emerged as sleeper options with a pair of 31 yard games against the Cowboys and Eagles. McGrath is a long-shot at the TE position, but McGrath is probably one of the best  available options if Greg Olsen, Jermichael Finley, or Rob Gronkowski has left you high and dry.

He is best fit as a TE2 but can serve as an emergency start in a solid matchup today.
