2. Jordan Reed-TE-Washington Redskins (3.8%)

After being often-targeted but limited by injury in the early weeks of the season, Reed went off for 134 yards on nine catches and a touchdown against the Bears on Sunday. He caught every single target that came his way and led the team in receiving and even out-targeted number one receiver Pierre Garcon.

The resurgence of Robert Griffin III could be just what the Redskins (and Reed) need to flourish. Their defense is still questionable so the Redskins will need lots of high-scoring games like Sunday’s to get wins. If Reed stays such a big part of their passing game, he’ll be a TE1 for the rest of the season.

This week the Redskins face the Broncos who are in the top ten in fantasy points allowed per game to opposing tight ends and will force RG3 to put up some points if he wants to hand Peyton and the Broncos their second loss in a row. Expect Reed to put in more solid games going forward including this week. He’s a good claim if you need a tight end fill-in.
