8. Terrelle Pryor-QB-Oakland Raiders (27.8%)

Coming off his bye, Terrelle Pryor is another solid option if injury or bye-weeks drive you to the waiver wire. He doesn’t have as high a ceiling as Andy Dalton since his weapons are more limited, but he will avoid lows since usually he adds rushing yards to go with his passing production.

In his week 6 game against the Chiefs tough defense, he ran for 56 yards and threw for 216 although he did get picked off three times in a bad road matchup. He has had much better games than that including a big week 1 game against the Colts and an upset over the Chargers.

This week he’ll face the Steelers in Oakland before favorable matchups against the Eagles, Giants, Texans, Titans, and Cowboys. Pryor’s a very nice QB2 and will have some games that will make him a QB1 during that timespan. If you need a Cutler-patch or are just looking for a fresh face at QB, see if Pryor’s available in your league.
