The Oakland Raiders are always a team that is looking to make big moves and get back in contention, but they would have to determine whether or not they feel Terrelle Pryor is the quarterback of the future.

Pryor has had his flashes this season, but consistency at the quarterback would help the Raiders take big steps forward as they attempt to compete with the top teams in the AFC West.

If you are willing to make a move for someone like Matt Flynn, you would clearly be tempted by the possibility of adding Roethlisberger at the position.
