4. Riley Cooper-WR-Philadelphia Eagles (31.3%)

If Nick Foles remains under center, Riley Cooper will remain fantasy relevant. Early in the season, Cooper was ineffective and often forgotten with Michael Vick under center, but with Foles in the lineup Cooper has developed into a threat for the Eagles and owners who have grabbed him off the waiver wire.

Cooper has five touchdown catches in the last two weeks and has been over 75 yards in every Foles start this season. Against Green Bay this week, he only caught three passes on five targets but two went for touchdowns. Cooper’s value has been tied to his finding the end zone, but he’s also racked up solid enough yardage and has been a frequent enough target for Foles in the Eagles offense. For as long as Foles stays under center, Cooper should stay on your fantasy radar.

The Eagles are home next week as they take on the Washington Redskins who allow sixth most points pre game to fantasy wide receivers. Cooper is a great play this week if you need a WR play off the waiver wire or you’re looking to build depth at the position.
