By now you’ve heard there is a federal investigation going on in regards to the wages of the Raiderettes, the Oakland Raiders cheerleaders.

A few weeks back, a (likely former) Raiderette filed a lawsuit against the team claiming that she (and others) made less than $5 dollars per hour, far less than the California minimum wage rate. That has lead to the U.S Department of Labor investigating the claims and has also lead to famed magazine, Penthouse, potentially making an offer to the women.

Playboy and Penthouse are notorious for making ‘offers’ to celebrities and/or women involved in viral stories, so it’s not exactly shocking they’re considering an offer to the Raiderettes.

Per TMZ:

"Sources connected to the situation tell us … Penthouse is prepared to make a “significant offer” to the women if they’re interested in showing a little skin.  We’re told the mag isn’t pushing for full nudity. In a letter sent to the team squad, Penthouse says … “You can even wear your silver and black … or not.”"

Of course, the Raiders wouldn’t allow such to happen so the girls would need to leave the team if they were to participate.
