The Seattle Seahawks and Denver Broncos will battle for the right to call the Lombardi Trophy their own tonight, but a Chicago Tribune columnist doesn’t have either team winning the game.

In fact? He’s going with the homer pick – the Chicago Bears.

Yep, Steve Rosenbloom, who is know for some outlandish ‘picks’ decided to forgo a prediction for Super Bowl XLVIII and opted to suggest the Bears will come away victorious by a score of 75-0.

Why Rosenbloom does this, we don’t know. He also predicted the Bears would run the gamete this season, going undefeated en route to a 16-0 record. Maybe he’s not much of a predictions guy. Maybe he thinks they’re pointless. Whatever the case, it’s kind of funny.

Of course, it’s not nearly as bad as the doctor who firmly believes the New England Patriots are playing in Super Bowl 48.

Funny thing is – had the Bears actually made the Super Bowl against the Denver Broncos, a 75-0 score (in favor of Denver) might not have been all that far-fetched given the defensive woes of the Bears.
