Portland Trail Blazers

The Blazers were one of the few teams that did not end up making a selection in this year’s NBA Draft. Fortunately for Portland fans, they have a budding nucleus of talent with LaMarcus Aldridge, Damian Lillard, Nic Batum and even 2013 first-rounder CJ McCollum, and there are no real holes to fill as they enter the 2014-2015 season.

It is never a “good” thing to leave a draft without adding any talent to the roster, but Blazers fans were surely okay with their success in 2013-2014, and that was a product of leveraging the future a bit from a perspective of draft picks.
