Chandler Parsons seems to be on his way to the Dallas Mavericks next season. Last night, Parsons signed an offer sheet with Mavs owner Mark Cuban at a nightclub for three years and $46 million.

More from Dallas Mavericks

If Parsons does indeed end up with the Mavericks, the team will have one of the most improved players in the league on their squad moving forward. Each year in the NBA Parsons has proven to be a legitimate scoring threat and his numbers continue to improve. Will the trend continue in Dallas? Mark Cuban certainly hopes so.

Check out the party where Parsons signed the offer sheet in the video below:

Parsons’ old team, the Houston Rockets, are not yet out of the equation as reports have stated that the team will match Dallas’ offer to Parsons if they are able to land Chris Bosh as well.

Of course, wherever Bosh lands really has to do with what LeBron James ultimately decides. If James returns to south beach, Bosh will join him again in pursuit of their fifth straight NBA Finals appearance. If LeBron chooses Cleveland, then Bosh will likely head to the Rockets where Parsons could ultimately join him.

So does this mean it is a premature celebration from Cuban and Mavericks fans? Only time will tell.
