Tennessee

Candidates: Justin Worley, Josh Dobbs, Nathan Peterman

Butch Jones has done a lot of good things in his first year on the job at Tennessee. He has recruited really well and given new life to a program that had hit a rough patch the last few years. However, Jones has yet to find the right quarterback to lead the Vols back to the top of the national landscape. The outlook in 2014 is murky, and the outlook in 2015 is even worse.

Justin Worley was good when healthy last season, and he could be the solution if he can stay on the field this upcoming season. Josh Dobbs threw two interceptions and six picks while starting four games in 2013. He is looking like the backup, but really needs to improve before the starting job can be handed to him in 2015 with any sort of confidence.
