No. 1: Washington Redskins

This may sound like a strange thing to say about my top pick to go from worst to first this season, but I think there is a 50/50 chance that the Redskins could implode and become a complete dumpster fire next season. However, if they don’t they have the pieces in place to win the NFC East.

While I respect Chip Kelly and how he got the Eagles back on the winning path, I’m not ready to crown them a NFL powerhouse just yet. That division is winnable and if the Redskins can get RGIII comfortable again he has the weapons to compete with anyone in the NFL (especially with DeSean Jackson now in the fold). While the defense was a problem last season, part of that was because the offense never gave them a fair chance with constant turnovers and three and outs. This is a boom or bust season for Washington. They have the best opportunity to go from worst to first, but if things go bad they could be looking at the first overall pick instead of first place in the division.

So what do you think? Which of these teams do you think is most likely to make the worst to first turnaround this season? Is my order close? I’d love to hear your thoughts in the comments below.

Thanks for reading.
