No. 2: St. Louis Rams

The Rams are going to physically dominate a lot of teams this season. Their defensive front is the stuff of nightmares for opposing offensive lines. On the other side of the ball they now have a pair of RBs in Zac Stacy and Tre Mason that should allow the Rams to play ball control offense and hope that an occasional big play to Tavon Austin will provide enough of an offensive spark.

While I’m not a big Sam Bradford fan, I think he’s safe enough with the football to allow his defense and run game to control the game. I will say that I think the Rams are the hands down best football team on this list. However, they aren’t my number one pick on this list because of their monster division. The Cardinals are solid and the 49ers and Seahawks are both Super Bowl favorites. If the Rams swapped divisions with any other team on this list they would be the clear favorite to go from worst to first.
