Joel Embiid calls Nick Minaj ‘ratchet’, hates her Anaconda video

Apparently, Philadelphia 76ers big man Joel Embiid likes to spend his down time on social media as the rookie has become somewhat of a Twitter legend in recent weeks.

Embiid, who was projected to be the No. 1 overall pick in the 2014 NBA Draft prior to suffering a foot injury has been spending a large portion of his rehab time on social media and has hilariously attempted to court both Rihanna and Kim Kardashian, though was understandably unsuccessful (though RiRi did give him a follow).

Now he has turned his attention to Young Money rapper Nicki Minaj and her most recent music video ‘Anaconda’ which has many drooling in thirst.

Embiid says he’s no fan of the video, but did like Nicki Minaj’s ‘cake’ (read: butt) which is on prime display throughout.

The funniest part of this all though may be Joel Embiid’s lack of desire to tweet at Minaj, who is sure to get wind of his comments.

Oh, don’t worry, Joel. I’m sure you’ll be hearing from Miss Minaj in the near future considering she loves using social media just as much as you. Not to mention, I have a funny feeling you’ll probably end up as a punch line in one of her crafty rhymes in the very near future.
