NFC West rivals, the Arizona Cardinals and San Francisco 49ers, duked it out in Glendale at University of Phoenix Stadium. Way up in the cheap seats, things got a little testy between fans and a fight broke out.

Things got scary quickly as fans tumbled over seats and down the stairs in the aisle. Eventually it reached one of those landings when the concrete steps changed direction and the fighting spilled down those stairs as well as stadium event staff tried to break it up.
Fans sitting down in that area then all of the sudden get involved as well. As the crowd gets pulled apart you can see the blood on the steps, showing how violent the fight was and how dangerous it was.
It is pretty sad that these things seem to be common place at games now and that fans can’t go to games and sport their teams colors without having to worry about dealing with some drunken fans of the other team. Sporting events don’t really seem to be family events any more, but more like drunkfests with over rampant machoism.
