Joe Philbin – Miami Dolphins

Philbin is another third year coach who needs to be sure his team is playing better than they have been.

After an opening week win over the New England Patriots (followed by a a lot of we’re taking over the AFC East talk), the Dolphins have suffered two straight embarrassing losses.

It’s been six years since Miami has had a winning season, and Philbin will be the scapegoat if they don’t return to playoff form this year. He was given Ryan Tannehill, Brian Hartline, Mike Wallace and several quality running backs, but yet the Dolphins have continued to struggle offensively under Philbin’s system.

After last season’s public relations nightmare about the clubhouse atmosphere in Miami, Philbin will have to produce a potential playoff team by early November, or he’ll be on his way out of Miami.
