11. player. 55. Big Ben is in a great matchup against the Bucs this week who have been absolutely shredded through the air by everyone they’ve faced including Panthers backup Derek Anderson and Rams backup Austin Davis.  The only question is how much Ben will have to throw if the Steelers pull away, but expect him to have success as often as he is called on in Sunday’s home game.. Pittsburgh Steelers. Week 4 vs Buccaneers. Ben Roethlisberger

player. 87. Newton appears to still be adjusting to whatever physical limitations he has due to his multiple nagging injuries that he is trying to play through.  The Ravens D is a solid group and they’ll look to pressure Cam forcing him into bad decisions.  The lack of a running game and a tough matchup keep him just outside the top ten this week, but he’s still a nice start in dual-QB leagues.. Carolina Panthers. Week 4 @ Ravens. Cam Newton. 13

14. player. 47. Brady has struggled to get in sync with his receivers who aren’t named Julian Edelman this season.  There are some positive signs including the continued recovery of Rob Gronkowski, but he’s still a ways from being a QB1 as he travels to Arrowhead this Monday Night.  He’s a solid QB2, but not a QB to start in week 4 if you’re in single QB leagues.. New England Patriots. Week 4 @ Chiefs. Tom Brady

Week 4 @ Redskins. Eli Manning. 15. player. 31. Manning  faces a Redskins defense that is stout against the run but reeling from a Sunday struggle against the Eagles in the secondary.  Manning looked pretty good against the Texans, and with all the byes and injuries is a must-start in dual QB leagues.. New York Giants

Week 4 @ Raiders. Ryan Tannehill. 16. player. 56. Tannehill almost lost his job this week, but will get another shot as the Dolphins take on the Raiders in London.  Tannehill’s in a favorable enough matchup that he should be able to find some success this week, and with so many byes that makes him an option in dual-QB leagues.. Miami Dolphins

player. 16. Manuel has been managing the Bills games fairly well this season, but he has a history of struggling on the road.  So far, he only has one turnover this season while throwing for a touchdown and at least 170 yards each week.  He isn’t going to put up highlight reel numbers, but the Texans were beaten by Eli Manning last week, so I think Manuel’s a decent QB2 with so many usually better options on bye weeks.. . Buffalo Bills. Week 4 @ Texans. E.J. Manuel. 18

player. 26. Flacco and the Ravens host the Panthers on Sunday as they continue to figure out their new offensive system.  They went run-heavy against the Browns, but the Panthers D got embarrassed against the Steelers and will look to take it out on the Ravens.  He’s a high-risk play even as a QB2 this week since Baltimore is still playing fairly conservatively. . Baltimore Ravens. Week 4 vs Panthers. Joe Flacco. 19

60. If you have to take a flier on one of the rookies, the one with the most upside this week is Bridgewater who plays at home against a Falcons team that has been inconsistent defensively.  Bridgewater brings an athletic element to the table and could be a source of rushing yards as well which is always a fantasy bonus.. Minnesota Vikings. Week 4 vs Falcons. Teddy Bridgewater. 20. player
