3. Tampa Bay Buccaneers- Quarterback Marcus Mariota, Oregon

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have struggled immensely in the 2014 NFL season so far and that’s mainly due to the quarterback position. They started the season with Josh McCown, but he struggled and has suffered a torn ligament in his thumb. Now, the Bucs are back to Mike Glennon, who started for them in the majority of the 2013 season. But Glennon won’t get it done.

Marcus Mariota has emerged as the top quarterback prospect in the 2015 draft class. In 2013 Mariota threw for 3,665 yards and 31 touchdowns and rushed for 715 yards and 9 more TDs. So far through four games in 2014, Mariota already has 1,135 yards, 13 touchdowns and zero interceptions. He’s my pick to win the Heisman because he’s the most accurate passer that college football has to offer and has great leadership qualities. Tampa Bay won’t be able to turn him down.
