WINNER: Dallas Cowboys

Before the season began, most of us had called the Dallas Cowboys dead in the water. The defense was too much of a problem, we said. Tony Romo is still hurt, we said. They’ll probably be one of the worst teams in the NFL, we said.

Personally, I would appreciate some ketchup with my crow.

OK, so it’s a bit early to say all is well, but the Dallas Cowboys are starting to look pretty solid. After being destroyed by the San Francisco 49ers in Week 1, the Cowboys held the Tennessee Titans to 10 points and then stomped the New Orleans Saints.

Maybe Dallas isn’t as good as they looked the last two weeks, but clearly they aren’t as bad as we expected.
