Guard. North Carolina. Danny Green. 12. player. 170. Gerald Henderson was the 12th overall pick of the 2009 NBA Draft by the Charlotte Bobcats. Henderson has been a solid piece for the Bobcats, and I don’t think they were disappointed with that selection. Certainly, they would want to use their mulligan draft card on a different selection, like the Bismack Biyombo choice in 2011. (They picked him over Klay Thompson, Kawhi Leonard, Nikola Vucevic, Kenneth Faried, Jimmy Butler AHHH! Sorry, all my Bobcat fan nightmares were coming back to me.)
In the redraft, the Bobcats/Hornets pick Danny Green out of North Carolina. This was a tough choice. Again, do you trust that Green develops into the excellent three and D winger like he has under the watchful eyes of the San Antonio Spurs model organization? Or does Green get lost in the shuffle of a terrible 2011-12 season and never develop into much of anything besides a great dancer?
<div class=

I’m betting on Green to still be a key cog for Charlotte, even without the protection of Coach Pop. It would also be a nice pick keeping the North Carolina Tar Heel in his home state.
