This Derek Jeter goalie mask is the coolest thing you’ll see all year
Check out this awesome Derek Jeter hockey mask.
The New York Rangers may have re-assigned Cedrick Desjardins to the Hartford Wolf Pack for this upcoming season, but his heart is clearly still in the big apple.

The 29-year-old goaltender from Edmunston, Canada is new to New York. He’s been shuttled around the league for the past decade, playing for various AHL and ECHL affiliates during his tenure as goaltender. Looking at his new mask, though, the netminder has wasted no time getting settled in to the northern state.
The left side of the mask, as pictured immediately below, has Frank Sinatra airbrushed above an arctic wolf (for the Wolf Pack? probably, if we’re being honest). The Rangers logo is splashed across the top, then the right-hand side has… you guessed it, Derek Jeter.
I personally love putting Derek Jeter on a mask. I love Rangers netminder Henrik Lundqvist’s mask, too- he has the Statue of Liberty, which is American as hell for a Swedish guy. Derek Jeter, though? What could get more classically American, classically New York, and quintessentially relevant than Derek Jeter?
Answer: nothing.
I really hope that Cedrick Desjardins has a wonderful season. God Bless America, man.
