Atlanta Falcons (-3) over Chicago Bears

Matt Ryan is 38-10 in his career when playing in the friendly confines of the Georgia Dome.

The Atlanta Falcons have been wretched over the past two weeks in losing to both the Minnesota Vikings and New York Giants on the road, but they were utterly dominant during their last home date against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and that is the team that I expect to see on Sunday in Atlanta. On paper, this is a classic “coinflip” game with two teams both sitting at 2-3 and in “must-win” mode, but sometimes, the formula is easy.

Are the Falcons better than the Bears? I’m truly not sure, but with Matt Ryan and head coach Mike Smith, Atlanta is almost always the right side in the Georgia Dome, and Chicago’s defense isn’t equipped to “win” them this game on the road.
