Arizona Cardinals at Dallas Cowboys

As I type this Tony Romo’s status for Sunday is up in the air. That makes this a tough game to pick, but since I’m guessing you aren’t interested in giving me a raincheck, here goes….The Cowboys did a TERRIBLE job of stopping the Redskins blitz packages last week and regardless if it’s a banged up Tony Romo or Brandon Weeden at QB you can bet that the Cardinals will come after them. With the Cowboys questions at QB and Arizona having one of the best run defenses in football I’m going to have to go with the Cards to pull of a close road win in this one.

Philadelphia Eagles at Houston Texans

This game is all about Philadelphia’s offensive line and if they can handle the defensive front of Houston, especially JJ Watt. If the line can open some holes for LeSean McCoy and keep Nick Foles clean then I think the Eagles win this one. If Watt and company overpower the Philly offensive line then this one will go Houston’s way. With the Eagles possibly getting two OL starters back from injury I’ll make Philly my pick in a close one.
