The San Francisco Giants won their third World Series in five years by defeating the Kansas City Royals on Wednesday night in Game 7 of the World Series. As one would expect, Twitter reacted accordingly.

Even years. It’s really a thing. Who are we to argue at this point?
The San Francisco Giants won another World Series championship on Wednesday night. That’s three in the last five years: 2010, 2012, and now 2014. The Giants rode the hot pitching of Madison Bumgarner, who was named World Series MVP, and won in seven games. It was a thrilling final game, with the Royals getting the tying run to third base in the ninth inning.
The Giants held on and ended the magical run of the Kansas City Royals. As you can imagine, Twitter reacted accordingly. Let’s round up some of the best.
