Washington D.C. – Torrey Smith

Ok, technically not a state but we’re throwing it in there anyways because this is surprising. The most popular NFL player in Washington D.C., home of the Redskins, is Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Torrey Smith.

That’s right, the most popular player in the city isn’t from the town’s team. Of course Baltimore isn’t exactly very far away, and the Redskins’ stadium isn’t even in Washington D.C. city limits, but still very surprising.

It isn’t even Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco.
