AFC North Teams

Baltimore Ravens: Ozzie Newsome

Baltimore has talent all over the roster, which is why they’ve been a perpetual contender in recent years even as they’ve had to retool an aging defense. They have general manager Ozzie Newsome to thank for that, as he continues to demonstrate that he’s one of the best in the business.

Cincinnati Bengals: Marvin Lewis

The Bengals are a team with great depth but few elite players. Luckily, they also have a coaching staff that is able to get all those pieces working together in a way that consistently generates wins. Lewis and his staff never get the credit they deserve for getting the most of of their available talent.

Cleveland Browns: The Offensive Line

Joe Thomas might be the best left tackle in the game right now. Alex Mack, when healthy, is clearly one of the game’s top centers. Joel Bitonio is just a rookie, but is playing like a savvy veteran. This is a group that will be making life easy for quarterbacks and running backs for next few seasons.

Pittsburgh Steelers: Le’Veon Bell

Pittsburgh has moved away from their tradition power running game to a vertical passing offense in recent years. They also don’t have the offensive line to make it work like they want it to. Luckily they have a running back that is great at providing an outlet for his quarterback. Bell has arguably been the best and most complete running back in the league this season.
