1. Aaron Rodgers Will Have A Huge Game

If the Green Bay Packers are going to come out with a win on Sunday afternoon, it will be because Aaron Rodgers has a huge game. Eddie Lacy has been a big part of the offense over the course of the season, but the Detroit Lions have the best rush defense in the league. They allow just 63.8 yards per game on the ground, which is going to be very difficult for the Packers.

Rodgers has come through with big games against good defenses in the past, and the Lions are ranked 13th against the pass as well. Head coach Mike McCarthy is going to put the football in Rodgers’ hands, and he will ask him to make something happen.

One thing that concerns the Packers’ fan base in a big way is the poor game that Rodgers played against the Buffalo Bills. He completed just 17 of his 42 passing attempts, and threw for just 185 yards, no touchdowns, and two interceptions. They run a very similar defense with similar talent to the Lions, and their performance against Rodgers could give the Lions a thought or two about how to slow him down.

All of that being said, Rodgers has come through in big games in the past and will do so once again. He will have plenty of opportunities to make plays, and he has the receivers that will make the plays that he needs from them.
