12. Ryan Lindley

The worst quarterback in this year’s playoffs is Ryan Lindley of the Arizona Cardinals. It was originally thought that Drew Stanton would be available for the playoffs, but last Wednesday, Stanton got his right knee scoped. Knowing that, Lindley will be Arizona’s go-to guy for the foreseeable future. It’s a shame that the Cardinals were such a good team when Carson Palmer was their starting quarterback, however, with Lindley at the helm, they take a step back tremendously.

Another thing to remember is that the Cardinals are simply not that talented on the offensive side of the ball. Starting running back Andre Ellington has been out for about a month because a sports hernia injury, Larry Fitzgerald gets double teams left and right, and besides John Brown and Michael Floyd, there aren’t really any established players on this offense for Lindley to work with. Knowing that the Cardinals are without a lot of talent on offense, Lindley and Arizona will likely be eliminated in the first round against a hot Carolina Panthers team.
